The Matt Michaud quartet
Matt Michaud is a musician and educator and a native of Buffalo, NY.
Matt is on the faculty at Castleton University in Vermont, where he currently resides. He studied classical guitar at SUNY College at Buffalo and went on to receive a Master’s in Jazz and Contemporary Media from the Eastman School of Music and a Doctorate in Jazz Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He has been performing professionally for over fifteen years and has toured as a sideman with tenor saxophonist Don Menza and organist Brian Charette.
